- Academic records: marksheets, certificates, board/university details, and examination scores submitted for admission.
- Identity documents: Aadhaar or other government ID, caste certificate, and domicile certificate, where required for admission eligibility.
- Payment details for the online application fee, processed through our payment gateway (card/bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by the College).
- Standard website usage data such as browser type and pages visited, for improving the site.
How We Use Information
- To process admission applications and verify eligibility for B.Ed and other programmes.
- To communicate updates on application status, merit lists, and admission notices.
- To maintain academic and administrative records as required by Gauhati University and NCTE.
- To comply with statutory reporting requirements to the University, NCTE, and Government of Assam.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with Gauhati University, NCTE, GUBEDCET authorities, and government departments strictly for admission verification and regulatory compliance.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect applicant data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Physical documents submitted at the time of admission are stored securely in College records.
