By submitting an application or enrolling at Province College, Tetelia, Sonapur (affiliated to Gauhati University, recognised by NCTE), the applicant/student agrees to the following terms.
Admission
- All particulars furnished in the application form must be true, complete, and correct. Admission is liable to be cancelled at any time if information is found false or incomplete, or if the candidate is found indulging in any unlawful act.
- Admission is provisional until originals of all testimonials, marksheets, and certificates are verified by the College.
- Candidates whose qualifying examination results are awaited are admitted provisionally and must produce proof of having qualified with the requisite percentage; failing this, the seat will be vacated with no claim for refund of fees already paid.
Fees
- The online application fee and offline admission fee are as published on the College website / application form and are subject to revision by the College or University from time to time.
- Fees once paid are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy above.
Conduct & Rules
- Students shall abide by all rules and regulations of the College and orders of the College authority during the course of study.
- Students shall abide by the rules and regulations prescribed by Gauhati University and NCTE, as applicable, to remain eligible for the award of the degree.
- Students shall be liable for any damage caused to College property, including library books, furniture, and fixtures.
- Students shall not pursue any other course of study, or hold any part-time/full-time employment, during the course of study, unless permitted by University/NCTE rules.
